After updating to version V20, being able to take a call from a department with the dialing code *20* is not working. I want to take a call from an extension but it simply does not work anymore. My extension has system owner permissions. I tried changing the role of another user to receptionist without any success. I disabled the option to limit the answering of calls by department. I changed the dialing code but the failure simply persists. I cannot find the solution. Has anyone had this problem?
