Hi I have just ran an average wait time report, however when multiple queues are selected it combines the statistics, it would be great if you could select to either combine or separate these out so that you ended up with a graph for each queue but in one report.
It also isn't possible on the average wait time to set them to run on a regular basis as you cant select "last 30 days/24hrs etc" and also to run daily, 1st day of the month etc. So if you select April and to be ran every month you will just receive duplicates of Aprils data every month.
