Hi,

Ent/AI includes free VM transcription only, any other transcription is extra.

Ent+ adds the minutes package for recordings - that is their distinction.

Oh got it. So Ent+ is like a "addon" for recording transcription when i have already a Ent/AI licence ? Am I right now ?

Yes, that is the general idea. Of course the sales team should be able to provide you with more details if you need them.

states that the engine is only for 32SC
It is just not up to date, i guess ?
So we can use it on a 8 and 16 SC ENT/AI or ENT+ (with minutes exceeded), i guess ?

For clients currently using Google Transcription, you have to use Google Storage. Is this a technical limitation or something that could be changed so Google Transcription is storage agnostic like OpenAI?
