I am writing simple app which I could name microCRM. I want to get callerID from 3CX Phone System and then retrive information about caller via wcf service (which is already done and works fine, wcf connects with VAD IVR and with DB) and then show it to Customer Line worker.
I have added necessary registry key but I don't know how can I retrive data about callerID from command line API(?!). Do I need just simply read args parameters or it is more complicated?
