SOS please help

ever since I let it update automatically it has created nothing but problems. I wonder if they test what they are doing before releasing anything...
I am on version: 16.0.611 running from windows 7 (no need for windows 10 for push notifications or any other useless to me features...)

this s the error I get I tried changing passwords usernames as well and I cant inside an extension. also for some reason, the system took out my extension from a ring group !! ??
I cant also log in to my IP phones to alter settings..

A totally disappointing situation !!
please anyone can advise?

you say there is no need for Win10, but we do not test anymore how our software runs on any other OS then Win10,Server'16,Server'19 or Debian 9. So, yes, we do test our software before release for what is in the scope of supported or not.

and this is your answer i suppose on my issue? trying to be clever but not prohibiting an update thus leaving my system working as it was. you should have warned or stoping an update if you think the update will mess other peoples setup in other windows versions.
