Company Phone book

Is it by design that when on a call (handset or 3cx Softphone), that the 3CX Company Phone book no longer lets you lookup a phone number via the Softphone. You can see the entry in the phone book, but not the number. It used to show, it was usefull if someone was on the phone and you need to tell them another contacts telephone number. The two screen shots attched show when you are not on the phone and you can see the contacts number and when on the phone it doesn't show. Can anyone help?

Hi Jason, In both cases your phone book entries should show all the details. I could not reproduce the issues. Try to add a personal contact into your phone book and test it, then let me know.

Can you verify that you see presence ? Furthermore also let us know how did you provision the 3CX Phone for Windows

Yes, from the "Presence Information" screen, where the actice calls, Queue Calls info is display, you can see the details including phone number when both on and off the phone.
