Conctat Center Chat or Whatsapp integration

Hi

We would like know if is possible active the Contact Center module with queue and webchat or some integration with WhatsApp?

Does anybody knows something like that?

As far as I'm aware, WhatsApp is encrypted end to end ( frustrating many government agencies, it seems). I don't believe that it is intended to be an "open" system and integrate with anything else.
I'm sure that there will be some additional comments on this.

Thank you for your posting. Should be nice if have. There are some solution knew SocialMiner Omnichannel and integration social networks. May be checking API with develop team of 3CX.

A contact center functionality for websites is in the works. It won't integrate with Whatsapp because there is no open API. Hacking the Whatsapp API wont work because at any time these APIs can change or get blocked.
