We have a small medical clinic client who is constantly hitting their concurrent call limit. They have 2 active DIDs, and one of those DIDs is being used by the reception/appointment booking queue and the other DID is being used by doctors to make calls back out to patients.
The problem is they didn't know what their call volume was before we did this project and thought that 8 concurrent calls would be enough -- but the inbound calls from patients frequently hits this number and because they only have two medical assistants in the queue the calls can get backed up to the point where there is no "free lines" to call out on.
Is there a way to reserve 1 or more of the concurrent calls to a specific DID? or limit the possible inbound calls so that the other DID always has a license to call out on?
