So there are these:
  • == (bool) - Compares two strings and returns true if they are equal
  • != (bool) - Compares two strings and returns true if they are not equal.
  • > (bool) - Compares two IComparable objects, and returns true if the first is greater than the second.
  • || (bool) - Conditional OR.
  • + (integer float string) - Returns the addition of two objects, according to their type.
  • - (integer float) - Returns the subtraction of two objects, according to their type.
  • IIf(cond,res1,res2) - Returns res1 when cond is true, otherwise returns res2
How do I do an and condition? I've tried [ReportCallEnabled]!=True&&[CallType]==Inbound

There is no AND condition for CRM expressions. But you usually can re-write this with OR. We never needed the AND condition in all the templates we created, so you should be able to do it. What expression do you need to evaluate? I assume that it's for the SkipIf attribute, correct? If your expression is:
[ReportCallEnabled]!=True&&[CallType]==Inbound

You can re-write this as:
[IIf([ReportCallEnabled]==True||[CallType]!=Inbound,True,False)]

But I have the feeling that the logic of your expression is incorrect, otherwise the scenario will be executed (not skipped) when the ReportCallEnabled parameter is false and CallType is not "Inbound" (for example for a missed call). But you will not want that the scenario is executed at all when the call journaling feature is disabled. So please check your expression...
