Today they were holding a conference call, some via their PC apps and some via mobiles. One person took a mobile call and this essentially put the others on hold meaning they all had the hold music playing at them
I know 3CX will be put on hold if a GSM call comes in
My question is should this still happen when a conference call is occurring, or is there a way to stop this?
