Lately I have had a number of users call into our conference extension (700) and then type the wrong number for a conference. For example:
Real conference number : 444
They accidentally type : 4444
They sit there alone for 15 minutes then realize no one is joining and hang up. This has led to people thinking there are 'phantom' conferences, when really they are just joining a new conference. (the wrong one). I do have voice prompts setup so they know they are 'the first participant'.
Based on the logs, I don't think I can prove they are mistyping because all I can see is they dialed ext 700. Is there a way to see what digits they typed in the logs more clearly?
Ideally, there would be some kind of announce such as "entering conference 444" or some such to identify this error to the user but I don't see a way to read those digits.
Is such a thing already present and I have overlooked it?
