I have this very same issue

People who use dial-in to join a webmeeting do so successfully but they cannot hear those joined by webcam/microphone and vice-versa. Furthermore, Those on dial-in can hear each other. So can those joined by webcam/microphone. There seems to be no bridge between the two, however.

My firewall check passes with all green.

Can someone help me with this one?

Version 18.0 build 461, Debian, On premise, Telnyx trunks, Firewall checker passes all green.

Thanks for responding.

Hi @EMA,

Thank you, can you also check the following for me:

WEBRTC_WRTC_FIRST_PORT
WEBRTC_WRTC_LAST_PORT

These should be somewhere in the 10000 range, can you make sure your firewall is allowing all ports between the range?

If this doesn't resolve the issue, can you try (as a test), to change your region as well?

Thanks.

WEBRTC_WRTC_FIRST_PORT: 10500
WEBRTC_WRTC_LAST_PORT: 10999

Firewall is now open and translating these ports correctly as well as the 8500-8999 range. No luck. Changing the region did not resolve either.

Hi @EMA,

I'll PM you shortly regarding this.
