Conference Call Name Prompts / Announcements

Is there a setting available to disable the prompting of callers to speak their name (and thus the announcements everyone hears) when entering a conference call (x700)? It's overkill when many people are calling in at the same time and the constant announcements of names happens, especially annoying when you have more than a couple people on the call.

When you set up the conference, you can choose whether there should be an announcement or not for scheduled conferences.
