Conference Call Recordings

Hi,

We are looking for conference call recordings but it seems that once the 2nd number is dialed, there is no recording. I have seen similar issues but I cannot find any other recording on the extension folder. Is there any other way that I can look for this recording? Our option on the phone is to record all External Recordings.

3CX version at the time was v18 U5

Is there a fix for this? I am also missing the conference call recordings.

I found out—the recording is there, but it is under the recording of the person with whom the first connection was made.
