Conference call - when setting up does not add myself

When setting up a conference call (audio) I enter the other contacts and I enter myself. When I press start now the conference call starts and everyone is added to it but myself. I then have to manually add myself afterwards. Is there a fix for this?

Hello @Bekka

Please note that when you schedule a conference call from the 3CX client and you click either start now or schedule you automatically receive an email without having to add your self. If the case that you click start, then the line opens at that time and your extension is waiting fro participants.
Is your email correctly configured under extension settings?

I do get an email notification. When i click start now, the email is sent to me and all the other participants phones ring and they answer and join, but I am not automatically joined and my phone does not ring so i can answer and join. I have to manually add myself to the conference.

No it is not in CTI mode
