Conference Calls?

Hi. I have a small online store and I work from home. I'm looking for a business phone system that I can also use for my home phones.

Is it possible to have multiple internal extentions and one or more external lines on the same call? In otherwords, if a friend calls, can I answer from one phone and add another extention to the call so my wife can join the conversation?

Yes. If your friend call in, you pick the call at EXT 100 and then conference with your wife at EXT 101. Three parties can join the conversation.
