Conference cancellation notices

When a conference call is scheduled and the conference call is deleted, there is no notification of the deletion being e-mailed to the attendees. Is this by design or a configuration issue?

I believe this is by design. I've never had anything sent out when a conference has been cancelled and I've not seen any config for it either.
