Conference emails not sent to internal users

• Server OS, Debian 9
• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Self Hosted
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware Greandstream GXP2160 FW 1.0.11.6
• Provisioning Method: Local / VPN / STUN / SBC Local
• Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model N/A
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Ever since the update to version 16 update 6 final when users create an audio conference adding internal users the internal users do not get the invites to the conference only the host gets the invite. External email address get the invite no problem. I tested this on multiple installs and am getting the same results so not anything with email flow. Please advise.

They confirmed this on an internal ticket as a defect with no ETA for a fix.
