Conference Invitations Not Working

When creating a new conference and clicking "Create meeting" with Microsoft 365 set as the email/calendar to add to, 3CX tries to open a link in the browser window. That link had always created an Office 365 calendar entry for the user to complete. However, these links no longer work. It seems as though Microsoft has changed the link formatting and no longer uses the "/0". As soon as we delete the /0 from the link, the calendar entry is created.

Is there any way for us to permanently correct the link formatting? Is 3CX aware of this issue already.

Please see this post. The issue is fixed n the upcoming update 8, which is currently in an RC release.

Just upgraded to Update 8 and the issue still exists. Any updated information from 3CX on a resolution?

Hi @knollwooddev please note that after upgrading to the sp8 you will need to reprovisioning the O365 integration as shown in this document also after upgrading the system apply the updates on web client and desktop app, then give it a try.

I would also suggest that you delete your browser cache and cookies and trying to test the feature.
