Conference Phones

We use Yealink CP860 (http://www.yealink.co.uk/Conference-Phone-CP860) phones for our conference rooms but we continually get complaints of call quality issues. Our desktop Yealink phones don't have this problem so we are looking at replacing the conference room phones.

Does anyone have any suggestions for 3CX compatible conference room style phones?

Yealink CP960 is better, CP860 has problems with MIC sensitivity, as a fix, you may add additional microphones.

You also have the Yealink CP920 as well which should be certified in the next service pack (SP3):

I would 100% recommend you get a 3CX "supported" conference phone.

We have always stuck with the Polycom units - but they are only supported on a LAN install, so if a remote site must use an SBC instead of VPN it is not supported.

I will be hear from others if the 900 series Yealink sound quality is on par, as I would prefer to use them.
