I'm new to 3cx, have installed the latest version on Lightsail, and have inbound and outbound calls working. However, I want to be able to make conference calls with external participants, and I need to be able to give those external participants a number to dial into. My conferences are relatively small, no more than 3 - 5 members.
I've opened Settings >> Conference Settings, and entered one of my numbers in the Conference External Numbers setting. What else do I need to do to enable remote participants to dial in (no video, just audio). I have 2 numbers setup with Skyetel, one of which is being ported and is not yet live. The one that is live seems to be working properly. Do I need another number?
Are there any other user guides for setting up conference calling for use with external participants?
