Configruing Sipgate Basic With 3CX

Can anyone help me with configuring my Sipgate basic account with 3CX?

Yes when i do this it shows as red in the sip trunks and won't work

Try setting up the trunk using the sipgate template for germany and see how you get on

you will need to change the hostname though from .DE

If you set your logs to Verbose, you can see what error the provider gives during registration and perhaps adjust your settings accordingly.

Ensure that your credentials are indeed valid, sometimes providers have their own management page that will require you to enable your trunks from there, or add your IP there before they allow you to register.
