Hello everyone,

I have a configuration that seems simple:
calls are sent to a queue (extension 83) which contains a landline and (extension 10) a dect (extension 16).
After 15 sec, the calls are sent to the answering machine (extension 85) which just plays the message before sending the call to a call group (extension 80) which contains all the phones (1 landline and 6 DECT) and I still have 1 or 2 phones that don't ring.

I've tried several configurations and I still have this problem.
I'm probably doing the configuration wrong.
Could you please help me find the cause?

Thank you for your help,
Sylvain

The answering machine is a 3rd party device?

Thank you for your reply.
Thank you for your feedback. The answering machine is in the queue (extension 30). This is a voice message on hold.

Try to forward the calls from an IVR with a prompt and check.
