Iam very new to 3cx.
We installed 3cx on windows and tried to configure with Synway SMG4008-8G Gateway device. But no luck, not able to setup a simple call center with this gateway. Could you guys please help with the setups, like what i am missing.
Is a firewall device is mandatory to work behind this setup for 3cx?.
