Configure a click # for office hours after Voicemail message

did anyone of you ever configure the option for voicemail?
I need to configure the system to allow click one to hear our office work hours for the next day.

• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Hosted, Google Cloud
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware, GrandStream GXP1630 1.0.4.132

My customer wants to set up an option to listen to office hours the next day.
When a customer is listening to the voicemail message, at the end of the message, he will be notified that for Office hours, he needs to click 1, and after he presses 1, the office hours for the next day will be heard. So if today is Tuesday and he is listening to the voicemail, he presses 1 and gets the work hours for Wednesday.

Yes.
we want to option when off hours to play a message and at the end have the option to press 1 for next day office hours

Ok, just configure your trunk to send the call to a digital Receptionist during out of office hours under "Destination for calls outside office hours"

Make sure you set Office hours in Settings first.

The Digital Receptionist IVR will play whatever recorded message you want like "Sorry, we are closed. If you want to hear our office hours press 0".

On option 0 select "Play Prompt and Exit" and upload/record a new message that says the hours.
