Configure mobile apps to not ring simultaneously

We have a number of staff in the office who use the 3CX app on both Android and iOS, but they would like for their devices (including mine) to not ring at the same time as our desk phones.



Going through all the extensions, not one seem to have this option enabled. Yet the smartphones will still ring.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As you have setup 3CX app on the devices, the mobile device has been configured with the same extension as the desk phones - calls to the extension will ring on both devices. This is how the system works, the only way to disable this is to untick the account within the 3CX app.

'Ring my mobile simultaneously' option is where you setup a mobile number for the extension and add a normal mobile number - it will ring both devices at the same time. - It does not use the 3CX application
