Configuring incoming external call to go straight to VM and email

Hi all!

Can you enlighten me as to wether 3cx would support my use case please? I'm looking to have a few external telephone numbers connected to a cloud PBX, when rung the call would go straight to VM, a custom greeting (per number) will be played inviting the caller to leave a message. Once this has been done (i've seen in the documentation i can vary the vm length allowed), it will email the voice mail wav file to an external location.

Keen to know if the above is possible before i start spinning up VMs and testing etc.

Please note that this is possible. You will need to direct the calls to an extensions voicemail and have that extension send an email to email assigned under extension settings with the voicemail attached.

You can also have the system delete the VM message once its been emailed.
