Hi,

I'm trying to configure some of the BLFs on a SNOM D725 thru the 3CX web interface, but the order of the buttons seem to be messed up.
There're 3 rows of 6 buttons on the SNOM, P1 to 6 on the top row, then 7 to 12 on the middle, and 12 to 18 on the lowest row.

From what I know, P1 and P2 are sort of reserved or already configured previously as Line keys.

So I would assume that the remaining buttons would go

L1 L2 01 02 03 04
05 06 07 08 09 10
11 12 13 14 15 16

So I configured a few of the SLFs as requested by the user as requested. But the response from her was that the buttons seemed to be all messed up.

From what I can gather from speed dial testing, the button config seems to be

L1 L2 05 06 07 08
XX 09 10 11 12 13
03 04 XX XX 15 16

X'es would represent unknown numbers because we don't have enough extensions to fill the space up. I can't seem to make any head or tail out of the button sequence.

Has anyone encountered similar issues with the SNOMs? And how did you get around it?

Thanks

Can not answer it completely,

Why not connect to the web frontend of the phone, and change the BLF this way and then you can match up the BLF key numbers to the phone display.

Hello @Cap_SG

What is the 3CX Version ? Firmware version on phones ?

Maybe you can try to put the BLF directly into the phone and then check if it match with 3CX or no then you know if it's a 3CX problem or a Snom prblm !

Hi Mathieu

FW version appears to be 8.7.5.35

Yeah, if this goes on I think I'm going to have to configure it on the phone manually.
Trouble is, I think everyone in the office wants the BLF set up similarly. :-)

Thanks for the reply

8.7.5.35 FW is from 2015

Snom Wifi says : "the D7x5 & 7xx models the successor release 8.9.3.60 from May 2017 is recommended."

Try it on only one phone first :p

As above do one,

You know you can select multiply phones in the 3CX management console , select edit and modify the BLF keys in one go.
