Hi,
I'm trying to configure some of the BLFs on a SNOM D725 thru the 3CX web interface, but the order of the buttons seem to be messed up.
There're 3 rows of 6 buttons on the SNOM, P1 to 6 on the top row, then 7 to 12 on the middle, and 12 to 18 on the lowest row.
From what I know, P1 and P2 are sort of reserved or already configured previously as Line keys.
So I would assume that the remaining buttons would go
L1 L2 01 02 03 04
05 06 07 08 09 10
11 12 13 14 15 16
So I configured a few of the SLFs as requested by the user as requested. But the response from her was that the buttons seemed to be all messed up.
From what I can gather from speed dial testing, the button config seems to be
L1 L2 05 06 07 08
XX 09 10 11 12 13
03 04 XX XX 15 16
X'es would represent unknown numbers because we don't have enough extensions to fill the space up. I can't seem to make any head or tail out of the button sequence.
Has anyone encountered similar issues with the SNOMs? And how did you get around it?
Thanks
