Conflict with IIS and PHP

Is there a way to transfer a Yahoo VOIP phone number to Skype? I've been using Yahoo Messenger for my PC to land line Calls, but I want to use Skype. I'd hate to have to start fresh with a new phone number. Is there a way to transfer or something?

If you cannot call a skype ID from Yahoo I do not see how this can work. Can you do this? I am green in this area
