connect 3cx to cucm

hi guys
i am new in 3cx world.
we have cucm in our enterprise, we want to implement 3cx for some reason. but i do not find any usable guide or documentation to establish sip trunk between these two product.
does any body have successful experience in this case ?

Probably best to find out this reason first before actually doing this. I think it should be possible (I have done it between 3CX and Avaya) via a SIP trunk so as long as there is nothing Cisco proprietary on the CUCM I would have a go and see how you get on (it is an un-supported setup however).

we want allow user to access enterprise resource from outside of our local network, cisco solution is not quite interesting so we decide to use 3cx but if possible.
you are right, it is not common.
