Connect call to external application

Hello

We have an AI bot that is able to answer simple questions through chat
Is it possible somehow make a plugin to 3cx that will be connected to extension and would output text from speech?
Or maybe connect 3cx to an application that would use microsoft (or amazon or google) voice recognition?

3CX does not provide an API to access the audio stream directly. The best you can do is create a CFD that records the caller's voice and save as a wav file. Then you can submit the wav file to a Voice-to-Text engine for transcription.
