Connect Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk at the same time

our company is using Zoho CRM in the sales departement and Zoho Desk in the service departement.
Is there a way to connect Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk at the same time to the 3cx system?

Unfortunately only one server side integration can be configured simultaneously.
