Solved Connection between Bosch horn and 3cx

Hello, I am trying to connect 3CX v20 with Bosch horn LHN15SIP-11A8F4, but without success. The only thing I managed to do is connect them through a gateway, but I cannot connect any extension through which I could use the horn as a public address system. Does anyone have experience with connecting this device and the PBX?

These devices seem to have an IP interface. You could just configure them manually directly onto the system. I am assuming they are in the same network as the PBX.



Select to configure the phone itself and configure the credentials given once you click next to populate your devices SIP credentials through its interface.

Check the requirements of the device as sometimes the extension number and the username might need to be the same, and not allowing a random username to be applied.

Thank you for the quick response!
The main problem was that the Auth ID and extension didn’t match. Once I corrected them to be the same, everything started working.
