Hello gentlemen,

About an hour ago one of our Vultr-hosted 3CX instances started receiving a tons of CONGESTION error alerts. In the same time we failed to reach the site through WebUI (i.e. Management Panel) because of 'connection time out' error. Although the VM status displayed 'Running', we opted out to reboot the VM. It fixed the problem within a minute, yet the problem is of another kind: we would like to figure out the reason why our 3CX setup got unresponsive. And hints? Advises? What search directions would be? What kind of logs we are supposed to look for?

Thank you in advance! Our 3CX setup details follows below:

3CX Version: Enterprise Annual 16.0.8.9
Server OS: Debian 9 v16.0.655
Is the 3CX Server Hosted: no
IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware: Yealink T58A v58.86.0.20
Provisioning Method: SBC
Trunk Provider: Vitelity
Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

It might be related to the Vultr network outage they had in some datacenters.
