Solved Console is down. How do I get 3CX to restart?

Hi @lazuruz,

I have checked the subscription that is assigned to you.

As I can see, the hosting by 3CX period has been expired (03/04/2022). We have emailed the end-user as well about this.

You will need to renew your subscription via your customer portal and add 3CX hosted if you wish to continue with us.

Your machine will be automatically be unparked once the renewal is completed.

How to do a I get a phone call from support? We never got any notification because that email doesn't exist (admittedly that was our bad - we had a email issue in the middle of the year). How do I retrieve our backups? Thanks

As per our private conversation with @lazuruz, the subscription has been renewed and the instance is unparked.
