Good day Experts.

Could someone enlighten me on a few issues with the call center module. I played the video that you have on YouTube i think its very brief.
I am new to 3CX am testing it in my lab Environment and i will surely be purchasing it.

I want to be able to log in as the supervisor of a call center, so i want my dash board to displaye the following below.

1. Calls Waiting
2. Answered Calls
3. Agents Busy
4. Abandoned calls
5. Total Number of calls

I also want to be able to barge into agents call and to silent listen in also.

I have the system running am not able to do any of the above. I have attached what i can see as am only able to log into a particular extension.

I am running the latest version 16 as of today Feb 2020

Oftentimes a wallboard is displayed on a large TV in a central location for everyone to see. This is done separately from the 3CX client software running on your manager's PC.

There are alternate views built into both the 3CX web and Windows client applications that you, as a manager, can use to listen, barge, whisper, transfer, etc. Make sure you are looking at the correct view within the 3CX client to gain access to these views.

The second issue is the data you want to be displayed in the Wallboard. Please compare the data currently available in the 3CX wallboard with your requirements, and then we can discuss any statistics you need that is not currently provided by 3CX (if any). It would appear that all your desired counters are provided in the 3CX wallboard.

If you are a queue manager you should be able to do this through the switchboard in the Web Client I think this needs a pro or enterprise licence.
