Hi,
Can I create a new contact from our CRM (Filemaker Server) inside the 3CX?

For example, if I open the customer details in my CRM, I would like to have a button to update or create the contact inside 3CX.

This is not possible at the moment, there is no API to do that. You can create a CRM template, but contacts will be added to 3CX when you receive a call from them, not when you request this from the CRM.

Ok, and if I create every day a new CSV with updated/new contacts, can I create a script inside 3cx (with debian appliance) to import it?
Or can the import task can be did only manually from the user?

There is no way to do this import automatically. You would need to do this manually from the console, as explained here:
