Hi all
have a system setup, simple DID inbound rule pushing to extension, when i call the number from an external "land line" number it pulls the contact and adds it to the display on the incoming call.... when i call myself from my mobile, it just shows my mobile number...
the contact is in 3cx from a 365 contact sync, and both the mobile number, and my office number are in the same contact (have tried to put the mobile in its on contact without any change)
if i add my mobile number as a contact into the 3cx contacts it works just fine !?
contact matching is set to last 6 digits, but have tried 7 and 10, no change, even set it to exact but it didn't help
