Contact search probleme

Hi all

I am from france, I am looking for some infos on how the contact search works. I mean the order in which the name are presented and if it can be changed

for exemple I have eric romeo, marc poremede, bob medico, john criomela.

if I type "me" in search windows on my phone, the result will be all the contacts with "me" inside, wherever the "me" is.
I want only in first the name starting by 'me' in this case "medico" my customer has 400 contacts and he freaks out eveytime he has to scroll down the list to find the contact he want.

Is there a way to enter the contact properly, or a phone book I have to setup or what ?

I don't know of a way to configure how the search works.

Also most 3CX clients are limited to 10 results:

And the dialer search is different/inconsistent:

...for instance some clients also search the email field.

...so possibly a source of frustration is that your customer is not seeing the expected results?
