Two questions

1) Is it possible read current CONTACT URL in an imported Contact?
2) I need to set a static CONTACT URL, just https://myIP/number, could I do it with CRM integration? Do I need a webservice?

This information is available in the 3CX backup for example, as part of the XML containing all the installation data. Not sure how you want to read this information...

Yes, you can do this with a CRM template. You will need a web server that returns something, even if you hardcode the outputs, the HTTP request must be executed, and a valid JSON or XML response must be in place.
