ContactId not in ReportCall

Hello,

I've successfully set up an integration with ActiveCampaign for managing incoming calls.

However, I'm now aiming to implement call journaling as part of this integration. To achieve that, I require access to the contact ID. This is essential for including it in the request to create a "note." Unfortunately, I don't observe the contact ID variable within the options provided in the Request Content field. Could you kindly guide me on how to obtain this variable?

You need to use "EntityId" and "EntityType" which should be provided in the output of the lookup scenario.

During contact lookup, you need to return the EntityId and EntityType outputs, for example:

<Output Type="EntityId" Value="[ContactId]" />
<Output Type="EntityType" Value="Contact" />

Then, in your ReportCall scenario, you can use these values as variables, as [EntityId] and [EntityType]

but I cannot test it from the 3CX template generator (see print-screen).

In your XML you have this when you want to report a call:

<Value Key="relid" Passes="1" Type="Integer">[EntityID]</Value>

But the variable is not [EntityID], it's [EntityId] (the case is important), so you need to use:

<Value Key="relid" Passes="1" Type="Integer">[EntityId]</Value>
