Hi,
If I view the the contacts on the webclient it shows me only one number (the mobile number)
even if the contact has multiple numbers.
Two Questions:
1) Is it possible to change which one (Mobile, office, etc..) of the numbers is shown, or even better
2) Can all numbers be displayed with the phone icon beside them

Best Regards,

Sven

Hi Sven,

Nope, I'm afraid only "mobile" will be shown. If you click on the circle, it will reveal all the details though and if you search using any of those details, the contact will also match

We've noticed the same issue and this is clearly not acceptable. This will cost us plenty of money, if collegues call each other by mobile numbers instead of internal or landline numbers accidently or carelessly. The native client doesn't behave this way and it should be considered common sense to prioritize the internal number followed by a landline number and give the mobile number as last resort, for a couple of reasons including but not limited to costs. Also this should be trivial to fix by giving the admins an option which number to show as the primary number, not in individual but default case.

@CBX If I understood correctly were were discussing the Contacts tab here which contains the company contacts, not the People tab which contains the internal extensions

Our contacts are synchronized via Exchange, so it contains both. The normal Windows App doesn't have this issue as the search field behaves different, so it finds and offers all options directly. Only the webclient has a different search handling and limits the result to internal groups. So I don't even get results from a different department without creating a company-wide group.

Yeah, that's literally the intended purpose when you isolate Groups from each other.

But again, this is a separate matter to the subject of this thread, I think you need to start a separate thread for this.

I read the original post again. Maybe I'm a blockhead but even after reading it again, I still think, it's one and the same thing.

What I mean, is this here: hxxps://3CX-URL/webclient/#/contacts

The blacked out phone numbers are the mobile numbers, if the person has a mobile number assigned. Otherwise it is the business numbers:
