I want to sync an Office365 account contacts to 3cx.

i followed the manual: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/phonebook-directory
+ Manual: https://www.3cx.com/docs/how-to-create-impersonated-user/
The contacts in the Management Console stays empty: "To check if your Exchange contacts have been synchronized with 3CX go to the “Contacts” screen. Exchange contacts will be marked with “Contact Type” - “Office 365.” "

When i check the logs, it does sync a contact: SystemServiceLog.JPG

I use the O365-Kiosk license, i am not sure where to find the Public Folder location names, so we want to set it up with an user account, his contacts.

Ok, Office365 contact are shown in 3cx Client on Windows, but in the overview in the management console there are still no Office365 contacts shown.
Edit: Contacts are not shown in 3cx client, i had tested the manual sync with the Office365 account, thats why the contacts where showing up in my 3cx Windwos Client.....

Also in the Yealink - 3cx Phonebook, the contacts are not shown, and not used when the contact is calling.

Hello @AHAutomation

Please note that since you have synced a user account then only that user will be able to see the contacts and these contacts will not be visible to other users. Also these contacts will only be available in the 3CX client and not in the IP phones as they are not added to the company phonebook.
