Controlling a Yealink T22p from 3CXVoipPhone

I have a T22P installed. Works fine but I cannot control it (dial) from my 3cxphone. F/W is 7.70.23.1 (I have tried different versions).
3CXphone is set to CTI, controls other grandstream phones ok.

doing a wireshark trace I see the following Conversation

Do not install any FW from Yealink website.

Install FW 7.70.0.168 for T22 (38.70.0.168 fot T38G) or that you get from the 3CX console.
