Hello all! After reading through the marketplace subforum here, it seems there are a number of companies attempting to build 3CX focused management platforms. This is our hat in the ring. I'll avoid trying to compare ourselves to any of them and instead just focus on what we are doing.
We are a Platinum 3CX reseller, who, like many, did not find the tools on the market had what we felt we needed to properly manage the mass of systems we have in place. So instead, we started out to build our own tool. We have been building Controvo for 3+ years now. We spent the first 2.5 years building the platform and the last 6 months with 22 beta/pilot companies (Silver thru Titanium all over the world) helping us make sure it is actually useful. As of August 1, 2026, I am proud to say that we are in general release. In addition to those beta/pilot partners, we have been lucky enough to already take on several new 3CX partners since our general release on August 1st. Because we take this seriously, we've also gone through red team pen-testing by ISP Security. I'm happy to provide the report.
We have partners as small as a few systems and as large as hundreds. Our stack of tools exists to serve all of them. Our focus is not only the basics of monitoring, alerting that it seems everyone else takes care of, but additionally we provide a suite of tools and quality of life enhancements which make everyday use of 3CX easier, better, faster, and more error free. We push multiple new features and updates a week and for our oncoming partners offer direct chat access to our in-house development team for bug reports and more importantly feature requests to make the system what 3CX resellers need. Honestly, most of what we've built in the last 90 days has been partner requests.
While I could go through a complete list of our feature set, I think it makes more sense just to point you to our website where you can see for yourself and better yet see our list of pilot partner's quotes about how our system helped them. While our site has quite a bit of detail on our platform, we have purposefully kept many of our features under wraps.
