Cookies used by Live Chat

Hello,
I would like to inquire about the details concerning the cookies used by your live chat service, which is integrated into websites. I need this information in order to properly include the relevant cookies in our cookie consent management.
Specifically, I would like to know:

1. What specific cookies does your live chat service use (name, purpose, duration)?
2. Are any of these cookies classified as strictly necessary, or are they only used for analytics or marketing purposes?
3. What data is stored in these cookies, and how is it processed?.

Hi everybody,
3CX finally replied to my question, so if anybody needs here it is:

1. Our live chat plugin only uses 1 cookie with the following details
   - Name: CmmSession
   - Purpose: Keep the visitors information in case the browser tab is closed or if the visitor navigates to a part of the website that the plugin is not in.
   - Duration: The coockie is only kept while the browser is open. Once the browser is closed, the cookie is discarted.
2. This cookie is necessary for the above mentioned purpose.
3. No user data is stored in this cookie. Only a unique ID so that the chat can continue if the user navigates away from the website and back.
