Copy Incoming Phone Number

I hope you are doing good and save.

One of our customers is using 3CX softphone for Windows 10 for his agents . Is there a way to copy Incoming calling number to notepad - manually- by an agent while the call in progress ?

Hi @siscom,

There is not a way to copy it out, but you could make a notepad document and resize it smaller and type it off as you're on the call?

What is the reason you'd need the caller's number in a notepad doc during the call?

Thx for your advice . The case that my customer is a restaurant and he needs the agents to be able to record the calling number very fast before taking the order from the customer calling the restaurant to deliver it to him.

This sounds like something a CRM could handle automatically for them. Have you checked out our supported CRMs?
