I believe it would be incredibly useful and save a lot of time if administrators could copy office holiday dates across multiple departments. Having a simple checkbox for each department that the holiday applies to would be a huge time-saver. We manage several systems with multiple departments that have different operating hours, but in most cases, the office holidays are the same — so this feature would really streamline the process. Especially if each IVR or queue associated with a department has its own unique holiday destination programmed.
