Core services and web login: HELP!!

Hi, I've read through a lot of posts trying to solve my problem with no success.
I've run 3CX successfully on an XP Pro desktop, then a Vista Home Premium Laptop for testing. Finally installed it on a Vista Ultimate x64 machine for commercial application thinking it would be as straight forward as the testing scenarios. However, core services failed to start (3CX assistant service) and the web interface (both versions) also failes quoting an internal server error - Line: 127 not showing the correct values.

I've checked the event log which has the following information: Can anyone tell me what to do to get it working otherwise I'm going to tell this guy to get another computer!

Hi,

Did you switch off UAC on the Vista machine and set yourself up as a local administrator prior to running the install?

Do you have any A/V running?

Also, do you have the latest .Net updates on the system?

I switched off UAC after the install.
There is no A/V running. The 3CX is the first installed program on a new Vista install.
.Net 3 installed with Vista. I tried to update to .Net 3.5 but it took forever and then failed. However I was sure .Net 3 included .Net 2 which is the min requirement for 3CX.

Heh on 3 seperate machines version 3.5 will not install for me either. But it isnt necessary.
